I wouldn’t say that Topaz is a replacement for Photoshop, but you can do things more easily in Topaz because of all the built in presets. But these are all things that you either cannot do in Lightroom at all, or you can do it a lot better and more efficiently with the Topaz plugins. Remember, you can pick up a free trial of the Topaz Collection, or any of the individual plugins, and give them a try before you buy.
